Anders Karlsson - Non executive Chairman

Anders C Karlsson has a long experience from leadership within the industry sector. He has, among others, been responsible for Skanska’s European operation. Anders was appointed to the board in 2007, he became a non executive director of WSP Group 2009. Examples of his other board assignments is H+H International A/S, Lindab AB, Air Liquide Gas AB and Bona Kemi AB.

Rikard Appelgren - MD WSP Europe and WSP Sweden

Rikard joined WSP Sweden in 1996 after working as a technical consultant in Sweden and Germany. He became responsible for WSP Construction Design in 1999 and Managing Director for WSP Sweden in 2002. He became Managing Director for WSP Europe in 2006. Appointed Board Director WSP Group plc 2010.

Siv Axelsson - Director HR and Communication WSP Group

Siv started to work in WSP Sweden in 1995 as HR and Communication responsible. She became responsible for the Group HR and Communication in 2002. Siv is an economic graduate and has a long experience of management and has published several books about the intellectual capital.

Johanna Engelbrekt - Chief Finance Director WSP Europe

Johanna Engelbrekt joined WSP Europe in 2010. She has worked internationally, having fulfilled roles in Brazil, the US, Germany and of course Sweden. Her latest position was Group Chief Controller of ITT.

Håkon Sannum - Member of the Board

Håkon Sannum is the Chief Executive Officer for Multiconsult AS, where WSP Europe owns 25% of the company. Håkon has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a past within Akkers. Håkon was appointed to the Board in WSP Sweden in 2006.

Anders Skarin - Member of the Board

Anders has a long experience from the consultant operation, among others as MD for Programator and responsible for Cap Gemini’s Nordic operation. Anders was appointed to the Board in WSP in 2005. He is also chairman in Cambio Healthcare Systems, PocketMobile and Sörman Information.
