Due Diligence in connection with the sale of Vasakronan

WSP has performed technical- and environmental due diligence in connection to the Swedish Governments sale of the property company Vasakronan to AP Fastigheter.

Due Diligence in connection with the sale of the property company Vasakronan by the Swedish Government

The total value of the sale to AP Fastigheter was 41.1 billion Swedish crowns (app. 3.7 billion Euro) and it was the largest property related transaction ever undertaken in Sweden and the largest in Europe during 2008.

WSP took on the assignment on be-half of law firm Cederquist who in turn acted on behalf of the Swedish Government. The assignment included environmental due diligence of 166 properties and technical due diligence of 36 properties.
